"Experians" is a non-profit organization, created in Paris, France, in January 2004. Its headquarters are located in Paris.

On the field
The representatives of the association around the world, Célia de Lavergne and Julien Gabert both graduated from the French "Ecole Polytechnique" in December, 2003. They respectively graduated in Urbanism - Environment and in Chemical Engineering. They have created the organization in order to take advantage of their academic knowledge and of their field experience abroad. Their academic paths are complementary in the sanitation domain and allow them to take into account all the levels involved in this area (technical, sociological, economic, etc...).
